Vaishali Jordan
Vaishali Jordan is a licensed therapist in Georgia and the founder of Inspiring Healthy Lives, LLC. She is deeply committed to helping families grow stronger, healthier, and more stable during times of transition and challenge.
Background
Vaishali was born in India and raised in the United States. Her life experiences, combined with her strong family values, shaped her passion for helping others navigate difficult seasons with strength and compassion.
She is married to her husband, Tim, and has three children and a growing family that now includes grandchildren. Her personal experiences as a parent, foster parent, and adoptive parent provide her with a unique understanding of the challenges families face.
Professional Experience
Vaishali worked with Navicent Health for over 12 years in a variety of roles, gaining extensive experience working with individuals and families facing complex medical, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
She is also the owner of Inspiring Healthy Lives, LLC, where she partners with the Department of Family and Children’s Services across multiple counties and collaborates with the Macon Family Treatment Court, Houston County Family Treatment Court, Rainbow House, and Middle Georgia Superior Courts.
Through this work, she provides therapy, parent coaching, supervised visitation, assessments, drug screening, teaching MRT classes and additional support services.

Vaishali has served in a variety of roles over the years, including as a foster parent, adoptive parent, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and Guardian ad Litem.
Board Involvement & Community Support
Vaishali has worked alongside organizations including Wesley Glenn Ministries, the Gifted Harmony Choir, and the Macon Family Treatment Court Team.
Her past leadership experience includes service on the Navicent CEO Advisory Committee and as a board member of ARC.
